Coo-coo for cookies

Lately, I've been a cookie baking fiend and I just...can't...stop. So help me god! My all time favorite is chocolate chip WITH toffee bits. Oh so good! So good that we have refrigerated tubes of them ready to bake, every night, after dinner. Because a cookie just ain't as good unless their fresh out of the oven.



I get why cookie monster was so crazy for cookies. And to keep from going without, I'll whip up 3 dozen madeleines on the weekend, like today. Most of which are gone now. Here's to becoming a diabetic!
